We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, manage separate Business Center Credit and Engagement Credit balances, reserve or release credits for accepted jobs, deliver Business Center credentials to your vault, process Engagement orders, show job history and queue status, send technical notices and support messages, prevent abuse, protect our infrastructure, and communicate with you about our services.

Payment details are handled by our payment processors, and Hoot stores purchase and credit records needed to operate your account.
