All purchases of Hoot credits are final and non-refundable for cash, card reversal, cryptocurrency, store credit outside Hoot, or any other payment method. This applies to both Business Center Credits and Engagement Credits. Credits have no cash value and may only be used within Hoot for eligible services.
Business Center Credits are used for Business Center creation and top-up services. Engagement Credits are used for Engagement jobs. The two credit types are separate balances and are not automatically interchangeable unless Hoot explicitly allows a conversion or adjustment.
If a Hoot service is active and accepts your order, Hoot guarantees delivery of the paid successful output or a credit-only correction to your Hoot account. This guarantee means affected credits are returned, released, or not charged inside Hoot when Hoot cannot deliver the accepted service. It does not mean cash refunds are available.
Business Center Credits are deducted only after successful delivery of Business Center credentials to your vault or after successful completion of an eligible top-up service. If a Business Center creation fails before delivery, the affected Business Center Credits are returned to your Hoot balance automatically.
Engagement Credits may be reserved when an Engagement job is accepted so users cannot submit more work than their available balance supports. Successfully delivered Engagement items are charged against the reserved credits. Failed, canceled, or undelivered items are not charged and the reserved credits are released back to your available Engagement Credit balance. Failed items do not create a cash refund right.
Hoot may pause, disable, limit, or beta-gate services at any time for maintenance, account availability, third-party platform changes, system protection, or service quality. If a service is not active or cannot accept orders, the delivery guarantee applies only to orders already accepted by Hoot and only as a credit correction inside Hoot.
Credits do not expire unless required by law, your account is terminated for a Terms violation, or Hoot gives advance notice of a policy change. Credits remain in your Hoot account until used, adjusted, released, or forfeited under the Terms of Service.
If you believe there is an error in a credit purchase or deduction, please contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve any valid disputes.
